An insight into working with Sagittarius Marketing

The Brief

We were engaged by Sagittarius, the Digital Marketing Agency offering PR and web design services based in London and Ashford, to provide our in-house Talent LifeCycle Service within their company, filling the gap whilst their permanent Head of Talent was on maternity leave. With their ambitious growth plans, our role was to meet the increasing demand for their services globally. This required a detailed project plan with a very structured approach to talent attraction, retention and development.

What we delivered

Working together with this innovative, creative and award winning Digital Marketing Agency, we delivered a complex talent management strategy. A member of our Talent LifeCycle team, worked onsite in conjunction with the business owners and senior managers to implement a measurable set of processes to support Sagittarius’s continued growth, both in its current Kent HQ, London office and internationally. What we created was a blended solution of talent acquisition within the technical and creative arenas. Not to mention an expansive talent management project supporting improved retention and promoting employee engagement across the business.


Our Head of Talent is a key person in our busy digital agency. Having the right person on board who can find brilliant new talent and develop and progress our current team is fundamental to our success. Church have not just provided us with a great Head of Talent but through their value added services in HR, legal advice and recruitment advertising, we now have a great recruitment pipeline in place.
