- BI & Data Analyst – Power BI

We are looking for an experienced BI & Data Analyst Expert to support a major Corporate Banking transformation programme. You will play a key role in modernising legacy BI and ETL processes, migrating towards a scalable Power BI platform integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BI and reporting modernisation initiatives.
- Design and optimise Power BI solutions using advanced DAX and Power Query/M.
- Develop efficient data models, including star and snowflake schemas.
- Manage ETL/ELT processes using SQL and legacy tools such as SAS, Alteryx, and Denodo.
- Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and performance optimisation.
- Coach team members and promote Power BI best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering.
- Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query/M, SQL, and data modelling skills.
- Experience with Power BI Premium, deployment pipelines, and XMLA endpoints.
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAS, Alteryx, Denodo, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory is desirable.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
