Simon is one of the best recruitment consultants I have ever worked with. He gave me time, consideration and really listened to what I had to say. Simon approached me with a fitting opportunity that was a great step forward in my career.
Simon took the time to meet me for a coffee and talk me through the opportunity. He was very knowledgeable of the position/company and was able to answer all my questions. I got a call before each interview where Simon advised on the format of the interview, made sure I was prepared and gave positive encouragement. Once I had been offered the job Simon managed to secure me a salary way above I originally was asking for.
