This was my first recruitment experience with Church International and as the hiring manager it was really important for me that they ensured that only really feasible candidates were put forward for interview and they certainly delivered on this key aspect. We have relied on the information in the initial feasibility study which we found very useful in building our business cases around location and remuneration.
