SenjÅ Group, a Singapore-based investment firm, has announced the acquisition of UK payment services outfit, Kalixa, for a âtotal considerationâ of â¬29 million. The total consideration receivable by GVC Holdings, the sports betting group who currently own Kalixa, is capped at â¬35.5 million. Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of domestic and international regulatory approvals and is expected to occur during the first quarter of 2017.
