Pay.UK has appointed David Morris to the newly created role of chief technology officer (CTO). The operator of the UKâs national retail payment systems, including Faster Payments, Bacs and Direct Debit, said that Morris will be responsible for âcritical technology projectsâ that underpin the organisationâs long-term strategy.
