Lendify raises €8m in Series A funding

Sweden’s largest peer-to-peer lender Lendify has secured €8 million in its Series A funding round, which will be used to develop the platform further in Sweden and fund future expansion into other Nordic markets. The founders of Avito, Jonas Nordlander and Filip Engelbert, plus Back in Black Capital and the owners of Lundin Petroleum were among the investors in the funding round for Lendify, which was established in 2014.
