Lloyds Bank and Halifax customers can now speak with a mortgage advisor âface-to-faceâ at home, via video link on a laptop, desktop or tablet computer. The video service, which was successfully piloted for Lloyds customers in 2015, aims to provide a convenient alternative to travelling to a branch or speaking to a mortgage advisor on the phone. A third of mortgage appointments with Lloyds Bank customers that would have been taken over the phone are already completed via video, the banking group revealed.
