• VMware VRO/VRA Consultant

Are you a skilled VMware Consultant looking for a short-term initial contract.

This fully remote role offers the freedom to work from anywhere while applying your expertise to a forward-thinking project with a leading VMware Partner and professional services organisation.

You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement vRealize Automation (VRA) solutions, optimise performance, and work alongside a team that values innovation, precision, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage VMware VRO and VRA environments.
• Assess existing systems and recommend performance-enhancing improvements.
• Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation of VMware configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VMware solutions with other enterprise systems.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record as a VMware Consultant with hands-on VRO and VRA expertise.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vRealize Suite, and related virtualisation technologies.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and automation best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• VMware certifications (VCP or higher) highly desirable.

Our client runs multiple projects, so there’s potential to move onto other projects after this one.
