As a Senior End-to-End Test Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the continuity and efficiency of critical payment systems. This role offers the unique chance to shape and execute a comprehensive test strategy that will impact numerous stakeholders and workstreams.

 

Key Responsibilities:
– Define and execute the overall test strategy, ensuring it aligns with quality criteria and risk management principles.
– Oversee the E2E scope and test coverage, encompassing both functional and non-functional tests.
– Assist in determining methodologies, tools, and processes for conducting tests.
– Support workstreams in implementing the test strategy, ensuring optimal build, maintenance, and execution.
– Regularly track and report on test progress, including status, coverage, and defects.
– Analyse risks and delays, coordinating with the release engineer to take necessary actions.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing strategy-related queries.
– Coordinate with Tribe Test engineers for planning, delivery, and reporting.

 

Skills and Experience:
– Experience in E2E test management for programmes exceeding €5M.
– In-depth knowledge of test techniques, types, and levels.
– Understanding of functional and non-functional testing principles.
– Familiarity with software development methods and life cycle management.
– Experience with test automation tools such as QC, Cucumber, SOAP, and Service Virtualization.
– Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
– Experience in agile environments, particularly in significant transformation initiatives.
– Ability to build bridges between diverse stakeholders and handle stress effectively.
– Diplomatic, structured, and a true team player.
