Our client provides services to several NATO frameworks. We are partnering with our client to secure a Project Manager, who is able to be on site a minimum of 3 days per week in NATO’s Wallonia location. You must already hold a national security clearance as a minimum. Current NATO clearance is ideal, but not a must.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
- The planning, implementation and management of assigned projects and tasks in accordance with the appropriate NATO.
- regulations and project management policies and procedures.
- Execute the necessary Management and Coordination functions essential to the successful delivery of capability and services.
- Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.
- Deliver projects within defined Scope, Time, Cost and Quality tolerances.
- The identification, planning and allocation of resources to meet project milestones and/or initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage proactively the cash flow of projects and contribute to financial planning and reporting.
Required skills to include
- Recent extensive Project Management experience (at least three years) in a large scale IT organization.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively orally, using tact and diplomacy, and in writing with good briefing skills.
- Proven success as a project team manager/leader in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) acquisition projects.
- Project Management automation (ServiceNow (SNOW)) and work collaboration tools experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of JIRA.
