Business Analyst – ERP
Are you a Business Analyst with excellent communication skills, systems experience and the ability to influence stakeholders, internal customers and establish good vendor relationships? Our client, a major player in their field, is updating their bespoke ERP system to a newer version with enhanced functionality. This will be an impactful role for our client as your efforts will ensure their business remains competitive and reactive to the markets
What will you be doing:
The Business Analyst (BA) focuses on improving business efficiency through both incremental and project-based change. The BA will be instrumental in the end-to-end upgrade of the CTRM/ERP ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between front-office trading, middle-office risk management, and back-office finance/logistics. You will be the focal point of ensuring any proposed change is fully understood and bought into by the users.

What Experience will you need:
o Process mapping and analysis.
o Data and information modelling and flows.
o Stakeholder communication.
o Workshop facilitation.
o Software development specification.
o Software test definition and execution.
CTRM/ERP Expertise:
Proven experience supporting and/or implementing a major Commodities Trading Risk Management or Enterprise Resource Planning system. e.g. Understanding of physical vs financial contracts, hedging, and basis trading.
Qualifications and Competencies
British Computer Society Business Analyst Practitioner or equivalent.
The client has locations in the South and North of England. This is a hybrid role, but you will need to be in one of the London or Liverpool offices on a regular basis.
