The Brief

PSTG Group Ltd, a leading provider of advanced IT solutions, partnered with Church International Ltd to support Stevenage Hospital in a comprehensive IT upgrade project. The primary objective was to transition the hospital’s systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11, enhancing performance, security, and user experience. The project, spanning 12 months, required meticulous planning and the coordination of multiple teams to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.

 

Implementation: The project involved deploying four dedicated teams across the hospital, comprising:

16 Engineers (4 teams of 4)

4 Team Leaders

3 Business Analysts (BAs)

2 Delivery Managers
