BBVA has launched the eighth edition of its Open Talent competition, seeking the brightest entrepreneurs who are using digital innovation to change financial services. Over 3,250 companies have entered previous editions of the competition held over the past five years, and the winners have raised over â¬116 million in investments. The competition is open to operative early stage or beta stage startups (founded no earlier than January 2012), from across the globe. They must have no more than â¬2.5 million in investment and annual revenues no larger than â¬1.5 million.
