Atom Bank is to introduce machine learning technology to deliver a ânear humanâ customer care experience via its mobile banking app. The digital-only challenger bank, set to launch in the first half of this year, is deploying a system from WDS, a company in the Xerox group. The WDS Virtual Agent software tool will be integrated into Atomâs mobile app and give customers the power to self-serve by getting immediate answers directly from the app.
