Atom Bank makes Grasp for digital design firm

Digital-only bank Atom has acquired IT development business Grasp – a company more used to designing user interfaces for the video games industry. Grasp – which has worked with brands including F1, NASCAR, MTV and James Bond – is owned by Brian Jobling, who is also to become business development director at Atom as part of the deal. The team at north east-based Grasp will now join challenger bank Atom, which is headquartered in Durham.
