We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Cards & Payments to join a team in Brussels. You will act as the link between business stakeholders and IT, supporting the analysis, definition and delivery of Cards and Payments initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and identify improvements to cards products, services, and processes.
- Assess change requests and develop appropriate business solutions.
- Define and document business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT.
- Define business scope, processes, and business/IT interfaces.
- Support implementation and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
- Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and senior management.
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Cards and Payments.
- Strong knowledge of Cards products, processes, and related services.
- Good understanding of the Belgian Cards and Payments market.
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear IT requirements.
- Knowledge of Cards technology and architecture.
- Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- English: Strong written and spoken communication, with good spoken communication in French or Dutch.
