We are looking for an experienced Credit Domain Architect to join a major financial services environment in Brussels.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect who can bridge business strategy and technology, helping shape the future architecture of the Credit domain.
You will be responsible for defining and evolving enterprise architecture, designing solutions for IT initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, security requirements, and architectural standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and maintain Enterprise Information Architecture and Credit domain architecture.
- Develop and manage current-state (As-Is) and target-state (To-Be) architecture landscapes.
- Translate business strategy and objectives into architectural roadmaps and solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and sustainable architectures for IT projects.
- Provide guidance on new technologies, cloud adoption, integration approaches, APIs, and data architecture.
- Support architecture governance, solution reviews, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Monitor implementation progress and recommend improvements to maintain alignment with the target architecture.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or the Credit domain.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services.
- Hands-on experience designing architectures within a complex IT environment.
- Knowledge of Credit/Lending processes and systems.
- Experience with Cloud technologies, API architecture, and Data Architecture is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to influence change and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Good knowledge of French, Dutch & English
