- Location: Wiesbaden, Germany (primarily on-site)
- Travel: Occasional travel to The Hague (initially 3 days/week, later 2 days every few months)
- Contract Type: Fixed-term, project-based (monthly sprints)
- Security Clearance: Candidates must already hold a valid security clearance; NATO clearance can be added if required
Our client, a key partner of NATO, is seeking to hire two separate roles to support their data analytics and engineering functions. The work is delivered in monthly sprints and involves maintaining data infrastructure, developing dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support operational decision-making.
Role 1: Data Engineer
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, databases, and models.
- Ensure data is clean, reliable, and secure.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Analyst and project teams.
Role 2: Data Analyst
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (Power BI, KNIME, etc).
- Transform raw data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
- Liaise with stakeholders to refine analytical product.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in data engineering or data analysis roles.
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, KNIME, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Ability to work on-premises in a high-security environment.
- Must already hold a valid security clearance.
