As a Senior Digital Customer Journey Analyst, you will shape and optimise customer experiences across every digital touchpoint, driving performance, engagement, and satisfaction.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Owners, testers, developers, and UX designers to enhance the digital customer journey.
  • Translate business needs into clear objectives, KPIs, and actionable metrics.
  • Design and implement tagging strategies in collaboration with Front-End developers.
  • Build insightful dashboards and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver compelling data stories that influence decisions across all levels of the business.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by enabling stakeholders to make informed choices.
  • Coordinate cross-squad initiatives, aligning efforts through agile ceremonies and refinement sessions.

 

Skills & Experience

  • At least 4 years in digital analytics or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare.
  • Strong background in KPI definition, metrics, and tagging strategy.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, impactful narratives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • French and Dutch are a strong advantage.
