RBS and NatWest customers have been locked out of online banking since this morning, after the latest IT outage for the High Street lender in less than a week. Customers trying to access their online banking since 9am Tuesday morning have been receiving an error page. Customers are being encouraged to use mobile apps to conduct digital banking.
