Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank (CYBG) have collaborated with design consultancy Market Gravity to develop and launch a new smart digital banking service called âBâ. The app, which launches today, aims to create long term value for the banking group and its customers with the fastest account opening process in the UK. The new technology aims to encourage existing customers to make the transition to mobile banking and bring in new tech-savvy users from other retail banks.
