Co-op Insurance has unveiled the UKâs first ever car insurance chatbot, allowing Facebook Messenger users to receive a no-obligation quote in under 30 seconds. The Co-op Insurance chatbot gives users a sneak peek into how much they can expect to pay for their car insurance, before completing the full quote on the Co-op website.
