Skipton upgrades in-branch chip and PIN

Skipton Building Society has completed a project to replace the chip and PIN entry devices across its branch network. As the current provision was reaching end of life, Skipton opted to enhance customer experience and security by rolling out new PCI DSS compliant chip and PIN entry devices (PEDs) in its branches. The building society worked with provider Barron McCann, who fully managed the programme from the arrival of the PEDs from the manufacturer, through installation, to ongoing repair and maintenance support.
