A new Visa prepaid card has been launched by Wirecard in Germany, which can be used online, in High Street retailers, or abroad. It is the first Visa Simply One card, combining the functionality of a traditional credit card with that of a V PAY debit card, allowing users to make cashless payments at over 24 million Visa acceptance points worldwide.
