Sloveniaâs largest bank, Nova Ljubjanska Banka (NLB), has partnered with UK e-money issuer Prepaid Financial Services (PFS) to launch a new white-labelled, contactless prepaid MasterCard card and mobile sticker product. Initially soft launched in late 2015, the product reportedly gathered substantial interest from Millennial customers and has now been released across all NLB branches in Slovenia.
