As a support and system engineer with a focus on patching and maintenance of Windows servers, you will be in the Brussels office for 50% + 50% remote/homeworking.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Patching of Windows servers
  • Analyse and solve issues related to the patching
  • Incident ticket analysis and resolution
  •  Daily checks (PRTG alerts, backup jobs, McAfee duplicates, Citrix servers health, Axway Secure Transport health)
  •  Resolve alerts

Technical experience in one of the following domains:

  • Windows Server 2019, 2022
  •  Ivanti Patch Control
  •  Active Directory
  •  PRTG
  • Veeam
  •  Vmware

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
