Job Title: Tribe Scrum Master
Contract: 5 months, can be extended (performance based)
Location: Brussels, Belgium 50/50 on-site

As a Scrum Master, you will be:
- Promoting Agile ways of working.
- Coaching the team and helping them with any difficulties.
- Setting up and managing daily stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews and other meetings.
- Tracking team capacity and velocity metrics for progression.
Must have Skills:
- 6+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (i.e. JIRA)
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Good to Have Skills:
- French or Dutch speaking.
- Have worked in a large organisation or bank.
