Service Relationship Manager required by an international financial institution to own the delivery, management and improvement of a number of IT Services which support the delivery of defined business services. You will also be responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Service Management (ITSM) processes as well as establishing, measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to services, processes, operations and delivery.
· MUST have proven experience within an end client of delivery a service or services within a multi-supplier and outsourced environment
· ITIL certified
· Ideally experience of working for a financial services end client
· Ideally experience of DevOps and Agile ways of working
