An exciting opportunity to work within the financial industry as a Service Delivery Lead, with international travel.Responsible for managing and ensuring IT standards are met, provide reports on a weekly and monthly basis, review IT service performance and provide support to Analysts in reviewing Service performance on a country-by-country basis.Also working alongside Annual Meeting, Protocol and Event Management to provide support in the planning, coordination and execution of the Annual Meeting.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Reporting and reviewing performance with internal customers
  • Customer Relationship Management experience
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Experience with 3rd parties for incident management
  • Installation of hardware devices and rack management in accordance with Hands and Eyes activities
  • Experience producing detailed technical and procedural documentation
  • Customer facing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate in a second language
  • Flexible schedule to allow working out of business hours if needed
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical issues in a non- technical manner
  • Experience working within an IT support team within a large geographical environment

Qualifications Needed:

  • Degree standard equivalent or higher
  • ITIL Foundation minimum
