My client who is expanding the service support team is looking for two people to work as part of the IT Applications support team, required to work onsite to support primarily the OpenEyes EPR system, which includes new starters and leavers, triage logged issues to resolution, raising calls to 3rd parties, and testing upgrades on OpenEyes environments.
Other EPR interface systems include PAS(Patient Administration System) and Cito (Referrals and document Mgmt).
You will be required to be onsite 5 days per week and work shifts when needed.
The candidate will need to show a proven track history working with hospital-specific applications in a service desk environment.
