We are currently seeking a skilled GIS specialist to join our clients who are a professional services company providing solutions and services related to Information Management, Information Exploitation, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
You’ll be part of a team working with one of their key Defence customers and be responsible for managing multiple geospatial datasets, disseminating them through web services, and visualising them in web mapping applications and automated interactive dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Data management (SQL)
- Creation of web services
- Geospatial workflow design and implementation
- Problem-solving and guidance, depending on the customer’s needs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Esri platform (Enterprise Portal Administration and ArcGIS Pro)
- Experience in scripting (Python)
- Awareness of Data Science workflows.
- Current DV clearance.
This is an onsite role, located in the West Midlands near Wales.
