About the Role:

As a Security Logging & Monitoring Expert, you will be part of the Cyber Defence team, responsible for preparing and responding to unauthorized cyber activity. You will translate the Cyber Defence vision into actionable strategies and processes, work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, and ensure the delivery of our Security Logging & Monitoring roadmap. Your role will involve setting quality standards, developing test plans, and ensuring effective security monitoring across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Cyber Defence strategy into operating models and processes for security logging and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to clarify requirements, remove roadblocks, and ensure alignment on security capabilities.
• Lead the delivery of the security logging and monitoring roadmap, develop test plans, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for security logging and monitoring.
• Enhance detection use cases by understanding complex banking applications and threats.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in information security.
• Strong knowledge of IT security technology, SOC processes, and cyber defence strategies.
• Experience with SOC frameworks, SIEM solutions (Splunk, ArcSight, ELK), and web application security
• Fluent in English (mandatory), good spoken French (mandatory), and Dutch (preferable).
