We are seeking a seasoned business analyst to join our client’s “Customer Servicing and Fraud” tribe, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing a large Belgian bank’s contact strategy through cutting-edge chatbot solutions and robust fraud prevention measures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis, aligning with the product strategy and vision.
  • Build trust with stakeholders, ensuring client needs and end-customer experience are prioritised.
  • Facilitate business needs collection and validation through workshops and presentations.
  • Define and analyse business models using modelling techniques.
  • Collaborate with various contributors for end-to-end delivery.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and formalise them.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
  • Assisted in onboarding businesses to new solutions and managed change for smooth adoption.
  • Identify and manage constraints, risks, and issues to ensure quality delivery.

 

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English—both written and spoken.

 

Experience and Skills:

  • Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of functional and technical analysis, architecture, and testing.
  • Expertise in managing stakeholders and workflow processes.
  • Solid knowledge of chatbot solutions and AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
