We are seeking a seasoned business analyst to join our client’s “Customer Servicing and Fraud” tribe, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing a large Belgian bank’s contact strategy through cutting-edge chatbot solutions and robust fraud prevention measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis, aligning with the product strategy and vision.
- Build trust with stakeholders, ensuring client needs and end-customer experience are prioritised.
- Facilitate business needs collection and validation through workshops and presentations.
- Define and analyse business models using modelling techniques.
- Collaborate with various contributors for end-to-end delivery.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and formalise them.
- Participate in end-to-end testing to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
- Assisted in onboarding businesses to new solutions and managed change for smooth adoption.
- Identify and manage constraints, risks, and issues to ensure quality delivery.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English—both written and spoken.
Experience and Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of functional and technical analysis, architecture, and testing.
- Expertise in managing stakeholders and workflow processes.
- Solid knowledge of chatbot solutions and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
