Digital banking startup Mondo has announced plans to allow customers to invest in the company alongside venture capital firms. This will be the second round of investment for Mondo as it hopes to publicly launch in October. Opening on 1st March via crowdfunding platform Crowdcube, customers will be able to invest as little as £10 with a cap of £1,000. According to Mondo, a number of offers from large international investors have been received, but £1 million worth of funds have been reserved specifically so customers have the opportunity to invest.
