FS conglomerate the BGL Group has selected Sabio to deploy a Verint Workforce Management (WFM) solution that will help increase contact centre forecasting and scheduling agility. The deployment will help front and back office planning for greater flexibility, supporting the 600,000 calls handled each month by the BGL Group, which includes the brands comparethemarket.com and Budget Insurance.
