Background
Rob started in IT recruitment in 1997 after achieving a BA Hons degree in Business Studies at the University of Glamorgan. Rob joined Church International in 1998 as a sales consultant and during his time with us has worked with a wide array of Clients over the years, in which he has formed long standing business relationships within our Banking & Finance Sector, specialisations include Data Analysis, Testing & Web applications including MP Mercury tool suite, Load Runner, .Net & Java Development and all performance test strategies. One of Rob's core strengths is his ability to perform the full recruitment lifecycle in a consultative manner which leaves both the Client and Candidates he works with in no doubt about where they stand. Rob achieved promotion to Senior Consultant in 2006 and has established himself as a senior Account Manager running two of Church International's Corporate PSL Clients and he also has an established base of organisations, both large and small, that rely on him to fill their IT requirements as and when they arrive.
Hobbies and interests
Rob particularly enjoys distance running having run the following: Great Wall of China, New York, Amsterdam, Cardiff, Dublin, Edinburgh, he also runs the London Marathon every year. Other interests include being a Fulham Season Ticket holder and regularly playing Tennis, Squash, Snooker, Golf and Poker. He's an avid reader who loves his Kindle and especially enjoys biographies.
