Background

Lesley joined Church International in April 2007 and was appointed a member of the Management Team in December 2007.

Lesley is responsible for the day to day management of the Compliance, Legal & Support team and has the responsibility for the negotiation and management of all our external contracts, alongside keeping abreast of all legal and compliance issues facing the Recruitment Industry. She also supports Patricia Phillips with the Human Resources aspect of the company. Lesley's background is in Contract and Commercial Management, Employment Law and HR.

Hobbies and interests

When Lesley is not keeping up with everchanging legislation and implementing processes she likes to switch off and relax by going for long walks in the Kent countryside with her husband and dog. Lesley is an avid reader - from Chick Lit to English Lit -and she can also be found fishing in France with her biggest catch being a 37lb carp but she has still to beat her hsuband's PB of 50lb.
