Church International Academy runs its successful 5th Assessment Centre.

Blind Ambition

Returning to work after recovering from some routine surgery on my knee on Monday I was greeted by an eager bunch of potential new recruits to the Church International Academy who had been selected to participate in our latest Assessment Centre, the first at our new offices in Turkey Mill.

Our MD, Brian Fitzgerald, delivered a revamped company/industry presentation, which was well received and encouraged plenty of questions before we moved on to the group exercises. Everybody performed exceptionally well and we definitely had some fun completing the tasks. All in all it was a great day and after some tough decisions we have invited a number of applicants back for formal individual interviews next week.
